How would you define yourself?
I'm a frequent exerciser and parent.
What was your goal when you joined the program?
I wanted to lose 25lbs. That was my ultimate goal. However, after my first round with Hilary, we reevaluated my goals to make them more realistic. I wanted to lose weight (no specific number) but create better eating habits and round out my nutrition. Although, I'd still love to get back to 120 on the scale.
How long have you been a member of Every Bodies Nutrition?
Almost 1 year! Every cycle we focus on something different.
Weight lost or gained. If necessary, please explain in the case of a bulk or Maintenance goal. Lost about 8lbs. Lost about 11 inches off my hips and waist alone.
Overall review of the Every Bodies Nutrition program:
How can I not be satisfied?! While I didn't hit my original goal (still working towards it, even if it's not realistic), Hil has taught me to look beyond the number on the scale. She's helped me realize that the number on the scale is not nearly as important as the healthy habits I'm creating. I've learned a lot about myself and the way I see food.
